The initial consultation is a crucial step in your hypnotherapy journey, as it sets the foundation for a trusting and collaborative relationship. During this meeting, I will gather essential personal details, as well as the specifics of your current situation and motivations for seeking hypnotherapy.
We will also explore your future goals and what you hope to achieve through our sessions. This is an opportunity for you to share any concerns or questions you may have, ensuring that you feel fully informed and comfortable with the process.g
I give a brief explanation of how our brain works and why we feel the way we do. Clients in past sessions have said this knowledge has really helped them understand themselves and given them the right tools to make the changes they need to make.
Building rapport is key, and I am dedicated to creating a warm and supportive environment where you feel safe and relaxed. Your well-being and happiness are my top priorities, and I strive to make the experience as positive as possible.
I will provide a clear explanation of what you can expect in future sessions, allowing you to assess whether this therapeutic approach aligns with your needs and goals. Ultimately, the decision is yours, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Each session is structured to help you gain back control, help you understand why you feel the way you do and to explain your behaviours, all in a solution-focused manner. We don’t dwell on past traumas or focus on problems; instead, we work to change your mindset and look toward a brighter, more positive future by providing you with the right knowledge and tools. This way, you can move forward and achieve your goals, whether that's feeling more confident, stopping overthinking, changing your relationship with food, making better choices, quitting smoking, or anything else.

Take a break from the world with this 30 minute relaxation session. During relaxation, I aim to promote a state of calm and tranquility by using a series of language patterns, which can positive changes. The experience can be deeply restorative, whilst providing relief from stress and anxiety, fostering a sense of inner peace.
Whilst in the relaxed state, the conscious and subconscious parts of your mind come together in focus. When the conscious and subconscious minds come together in focus, they amplify each other's strengths, and can lead to improved creativity, learning, emotional well-being, and decision-making.
During the relaxation you are in control at all times. You are aware of your surroundings and can open your eyes, move, and even talk if you wish.
